The First Lady of Fishbone!

I just saw Fishbone in a little icky burb of Sacramento on Sunday night and they rocked! Their new trombonist kicks mucho ass. She hails from LA and is classicly trained, but plays punk, ska, hip-hop, you-name-it. She's also an awesome dancer/singer! We finally get to hear "Lying Ass Bitch" the way it was meant to be sung - and boy can she belt it out! You've gotta go see her play!

    fishbone is to play here very soon, and i was hopin someone had seen them...so glad to hear it rocked...how many original members left? was it worthwhile checking out? so many bands have put together post-breakup lineups to tour with but they almost always lack the true experience...I have seen fishbone so many times in the past and would not want to see a cheap imitation...
